Job Description

Be the Friendly Voice of Grogg's Home Services At Grogg's Home Services, great service starts the moment a customer reaches out. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping things organized in a fast-paced environment. If you're someone who thrives on delivering excellent customer experiences and being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect role for you. What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in keeping our service team running smoothly. Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments Dispatch and coordinate technicians to meet customer needs Provide clear communication to customers regarding appointments and services Enter and update customer information in the scheduling system Assist with follow-ups, confirmations, and service reminders Support technicians and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations Deliver a positive, professional experience with every customer interaction What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and enjoys helping others. Previous customer service or call center experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling software Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is a plus but not required
