Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, delivering exceptional customer service while actively driving sales growth. Your enthusiasm for building strong client relationships, combined with your sales expertise, will help expand our market presence and foster long-term business partnerships. Duties Engage with customers via phone and in person interactions to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions Conduct product presentations to showcase features and benefits effectively Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and personal hot list to expand customer base Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks Work with clients to close sales deals while maintaining positive relationships and ensuring mutual benefit Experience Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or other CRM software for lead generation and customer tracking Demonstrated ability in technical or technology sales, including product demos and upselling strategies Excellent negotiation skills combined with analysis skills to assess market opportunities and customer needs Experience in cold calling, direct sales, is highly desirable Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building
Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
