Client Support Associate

H-Business Strategies is expanding across West Virginia and hiring a Client Support Associate to join our growing customer service and sales team. In this full-time, in-person role, you will work directly with customers to provide customer support, assist with account setup, and drive sales for internet, television, and wireless services. As a Client Support Associate, you will function as a Customer Service Representative and Customer Sales Representative, handling customer interactions, supporting customer accounts, and helping customers select the right services based on their needs. This role combines customer service, customer support, and sales in a fast-paced environment.

Client Support Associate Responsibilities:

Provide customer support while engaging directly with customers Deliver strong customer service and contribute to daily sales performance Assist customers with account setup, upgrades, and service selections Answer customer questions and provide accurate service information Build relationships with customers to support long-term account growth Track customer interactions, sales activity, and account updates

Client Support Associate Qualifications:
