Customer Service Representative:
Work directly with customers to introduce Frontier's internet, wireless, and service solutions Assist customers through the enrollment, activation, and account setup process Provide accurate information regarding promotions, pricing, and service features Build strong customer relationships to create a positive customer experience Track customer interactions and maintain accurate account information Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Representatives to achieve daily and weekly goals Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and support account growth Deliver professional customer support while representing the Frontier brand What We're Looking For in a
