Job Description
The Scheduler / Call Center Agent is responsible for ensuring that the company's positive image and reputation remains intact through daily interactions with existing and potential customers.
Their main responsibilities include:
Direct inbound phone calls to the proper department in the office. Qualify leads and set appointments for outside sales consultants in multiple states via phone. Follow various communication scripts when speaking to existing and potential customers. Answer inquiries or questions about the products and/or services provided. Confirm and assign appointments and send reminders to homeowners. Collaborate within the department to improve processes or customer experience. Various other office duties as assigned.
Position requires the following skills:
High attention to detail. Great oral and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills, both in person and over the phone. Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability. Office experience is preferred, but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suites programs. Familiarity with Sales Force or other CRM software a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift and move packages or equipment weighing at least 40 pounds on an occasional basis. Generally, this shift will be 8:30AM-5:30PM. The department is open from 7 AM to 6 PM, so occasionally 8-hour shifts may vary, as well as rotating Saturdays.
