Customer Service / Sales AssociateRocky Mountain Sports | Cody, Wyoming Rocky Mountain Sports is looking for a motivated, outgoing team member to join our customer service and sales staff. We specialize in outfitting the Cody community and visitors for all of their outdoor needs, including archery, hunting, camping, fishing, optics, footwear, apparel, and more. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for the outdoors, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. This position is part time with the potential to turn into a full time.

MUST BE 18 OR OLDER!

Responsibilities Assist customers with product selection and purchases Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service both in store and over the phone Help maintain clean, organized, and well stocked sales floors Operate point of sale system and handle transactions accurately Learn product knowledge across multiple outdoor categories Assist with merchandising, inventory, and receiving shipments Work as part of a team in a fast paced retail environment Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Outdoor experience or interest in hunting, archery, fishing, camping, or shooting sports preferred Retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed Reliable and dependable work ethic Must be at least 18 years old What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Employee discounts Opportunity to grow within the outdoor industry Fun team environment with fellow outdoor enthusiasts If you enjoy helping people and have a passion for the outdoors, we would love to hear from you.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
