Customer Service Representative

Temco Logistics is looking for a part time customer-oriented service representative to join our Team in Evansville, WY. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Schedule:

Tuesday through Saturday - this is an afternoon/evenings position with a longer day on Saturday - have to have open availability as business needs can change. The position will also cover when the Router is off for any reason, etc. Manage large amounts of incoming calls from customers and internal technicians. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Talk to our drivers regarding their routes, make sure they are on track.

Data Entry Skills:

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively High school degree

Saturday:
