Customer Service Associate (Onsite: Lovell, WY)

The Customer Service Associate under strict supervision, ensures accurate and timely processing of orders and related requisitions.

Pay Rate:

Up to $24.00/hour, depending on experience.

Assignment Length:

2-year contract with a high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.

Responsibilities:

Acts as a contact with affiliates, field PSL, and sales personnel. May create invoices and shipping documentation. Facilitates movements of materials to support PSL operations. Performs data inquiries to obtain order status and check availability of materials. Serves as a liaison for communication with field personnel, manufacturing, procurement, etc. to fill customer requirements. Coordinates cross-center and vendor supplied orders as required and monitors those shipments. Works with Law Department to ensure export compliance and stays current regarding international material movements and shipping regulations.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
