Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting the project management team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of the project cutover and deployment stages. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication among project team and stakeholders. The Cutover Coordinator will work closely with project manager and team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. We are moving to a new Time Tracking and Absence system for our hourly colleagues). This role will be heavily involved in developing and tracking the cutover process as we move current companies to the new system over four stages. Remote but the Dallas, TX area is preferred. MUST work CST time zone no matter where you live.
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Project management software and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Solid attention to detail and accuracy. Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred. Three plus years related IT project experience to include the following: Comparable project experience with data validation, migration, system integrations and successful cutover preparation and execution. Project management software and tools. Excellent interpersonal skills to align cross-functional teams. Ability to perform under demanding timeline. Solid organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
salary:
$45 - $45.5 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

Develops detailed, step-by-step/hour by hour checklists and schedules for the transition. Identifies dependencies, mitigate risks, and act as the central point of contact for issues during the transition.
