• Full-time We are seeking a Full-time, reliable, hardworking assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced wood manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on role supporting aspects of our cutting board processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and works well as part of a team. Assist with production of wood products, including cutting, sanding, assembling and finishing. Operate and maintain basic woodworking tools and machinery (training provided if needed). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures. Learn and follow shop standards to precision and quality Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
