Cyber Technical Project Manager Lumbee Holdings, Inc Camp Pendleton, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $110,000 - $140,000 a year 5 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Project leadership Full Job Description Position Title Cyber Technical Project Manager Position Classification Exempt Position Type This position may be full-time or part-time and is scheduled to work standard business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime is not expected for this role. Work Location Camp Pendleton, CA Position Description The Cyber Technical Project Manager will serve as the point of contact and SME regarding the cybersecurity posture of assigned PORs. This role involves developing and maintaining a comprehensive repository of all cybersecurity documentation, ensuring its accuracy, accessibility, and protection. The Cyber Technical Project Manager will analyze assessment data to identify vulnerabilities and emerging threats, while contributing to the planning of assessments and review of their resulting reports. The manager will communicate findings through regular reports, detailed program guides, and concise briefs for leadership. Additionally, the manager will contribute to the development of cybersecurity policy and respond to document review taskers, ensuring alignment with current cybersecurity standards and best practices. Minimum Position Requirements Bachelors degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline. Five years of experience in Information Technology (IT), cyber security, and/or other projects related to critical network infrastructure protection. Eight years of experience in managing cybersecurity engineering projects. Demonstrated oral and written communications skills. Current Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with ability to transfer required. Position supports federal contracts with immediate clearance verification requirements. Clearance level will be verified prior to the start date. Must be able to maintain clearance throughout employment with clearance reciprocity/transfer. Physical Requirements for the role This position is primarily sedentary and requires the ability to work at a computer for extended periods, including viewing monitors, using keyboards, and operating standard office equipment. The role may require occasional standing, walking, and minimal lifting (up to 10 pounds). Reports To Assigned Program Manager Supervisory responsibilities Leads projects throughout portfolio Work Environment The work environment for this position is primarily a professional office or remote setting with standard business conditions. The role involves regular use of computers and related technology in a low-noise environment and frequent collaboration with technical and non-technical team members. Work is generally performed during normal business hours with minimal physical risk, and the environment supports adherence to established cybersecurity, safety, and organizational policies. Security Clearance Requirements Top Secret Travel Requirements Travel is anticipated to be 10% - 15% within the Continental United States and 5%-10% outside the Continental United States Compensation Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
