(PCi Tec), a successful Information Technology Solutions Provider to the Federal Government located in Luray, is seeking a full-time Cybersecurity Compliance Manager (ISO 27001 / CMMC) to join our team.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Compliance Manager to lead and manage our

ISO 27001

Information Security Management System (ISMS) and CMMC compliance efforts. This role will be responsible for ensuring audit readiness, maintaining compliance posture, and driving continuous improvement across our security program.

Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and maintenance of ISO 27001 and CMMC frameworks
• Prepare for and manage internal and external audits
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and manage remediation efforts
• Maintain SSPs, POA&Ms, and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls
• Monitor and report on compliance metrics and risks
• Manage third-party risk and vendor assessments
• Deliver security awareness training across the organization

Qualifications:

• 3-7+ years in cybersecurity, compliance, or GRC roles
• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 and/or

CMMC/NIST 800-171

• Experience supporting audits and certification processes
• Strong understanding of risk management principles
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Certifications:

CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001
