Industrial Maintenance Technician Description The Mechatronics & Robotics Technician (MRT) will be responsible for the following:

• Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment (

Ex:

conveyors)

• Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures
• Perform battery changes, and preventive maintenance on batteries
• Enter downtime data in daily log, complete PM sheets
• Electrical, knowledge of basics components
• Troubleshoot and identify problems with equipment
• Track and store the departments inventory, including spare parts Skills industrial maintenance, equipment maintenance, conveyer, hydraulics, pneumatics, schematic, motors, Diesel Top Skills Details industrial maintenance,equipment maintenance Additional Skills & Qualifications MRTs

MUST HAVE

at least 2+ years of experience conducting quality predictive & preventative maintenance procedures.

• 2+ years of experience in the repair of material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyor systems and controls
• 2+ years of blueprint and electrical schematic reading
• 2+ year knowledge with electrical and electronic principles
• 2+ year experience of following and demonstrating safety standards
• 1+ year experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE systems
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

Education:

High school or equivalent diploma

Preferred Industries & Equipment:

Candidate from Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing, Industrial industries performing maintenance on complex systems and industrial equipment (running diagnostics, inspections, troubleshooting, repairing, creating work orders), specifically experience with conveyors) Preferred Qualifications

• Able to troubleshoot basic input and output function of building operations
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow within Amazon RME
• Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards
• Associates or higher degree grom a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field
• 2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the Mechanical or Electrical field
• 2+ of experience working with PLC based controls systems
• Experience with robotic operation and maintenance Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pflugerville, TX.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
