WHAT YOU'LL LEAD
Lead From The Front- Knock doors, set appointments, and close deals alongside your team Recruit and Build
- Leverage our active recruiting system delivering 5-15 trained rookies monthly ready to perform Coach Daily
- Run ride-alongs, door coaching, and post-shift hot wash and cold wash breakdowns Drive Results
- Own team production, retention, and reporting with a solutions-first mindset
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
Year 1: $100,000- $150,000 Year 2+: $150,000
- $250,000+ Compensation includes personal commissions plus overrides on team production Clear path: SDR or Closer
