We are looking for an experienced

D365 F&O

Consultant to support a Long-term Contract opportunity in Dyersville, Iowa. This role will guide configuration efforts for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation while partnering with business and finance leaders to keep priorities aligned and delivery on track. The ideal candidate brings strong ERP consulting experience, a practical approach to requirements gathering, and the ability to translate operational needs into effective system solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead configuration activities for the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform and align setup decisions with business goals.
• Partner with stakeholders, department leaders, and project teams to define priorities, monitor progress, and maintain momentum against key milestones.
• Gather, analyze, and document business needs through clear requirement artifacts, including business requirement documents and related process details.
• Work closely with finance teams to shape solutions that support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and broader financial operations.
• Coordinate testing efforts by validating requirements, supporting user acceptance activities, and helping ensure solutions meet expected outcomes.
• Manage implementation workstreams by tracking deliverables, resolving issues, and promoting consistent communication across the project.
• Support change management activities by helping users understand process updates, configuration impacts, and readiness expectations.
• Provide functional guidance on D365 and related ERP environments, including insight informed by Dynamics GP and other financial systems experience.
