Job Description

Dairy Assistant
  • Weekend Shift River Falls, WI 54022 From $14 an hour
  • Part-time From $14 an hour
  • Part-time 150 cow dairy operation near River Falls looking for a part-time employee (6-12 hrs/week) to assist with milking operations on Weekends.
This individual would be a motivated, independent worker who enjoys working with animals. This is a great position for a student in River Falls or someone looking for some additional work on the weekend. Previous dairy/livestock experience desired but not required. Must be able to work either every other weekend (6-9 am and 4-7 pm both Saturday and Sunday) or every weekend just mornings 6-9 am.
Responsibilities Include:
Milking cows in a parlor Feeding calves General milking facility cleaning and maintenance
Requirements:
  • Must be able to work outside and be on their feet for several hours at a time
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to speak and read
