Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wendell, ID, for a Dairy Equipment Installer/Technician. The role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of dairy equipment to ensure smooth operations for clients. Responsibilities include working closely with customers to address their needs, troubleshooting equipment issues, implementing solutions, and conducting quality control checks. The role also requires proactive communication and a commitment to excellent customer service. Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively. Qualifications Proficiency and understanding of Dairy Products and related equipment Required Welding Experience Strong skills in Customer Service and ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction Experience with Quality Control in the installation and maintenance of equipment Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals Strong communication and interpersonal skills for Manager/Advisor A valid driver's license for on-site service calls
