Dairy Technician / Ultra-Filtration - Nights 10p-630a

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Dairy Technician specializing in Ultra-Filtration processes to join our night shift team. Duties Operate and monitor ultra-filtration equipment to ensure efficient dairy processing during night shifts Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on filtration systems and associated machinery Conduct quality checks and document process parameters to maintain product standards Assist with cleaning and sanitation of equipment in compliance with safety standards Support plant safety protocols by identifying potential hazards and maintaining a clean work environment Collaborate with team members to optimize operational efficiency and troubleshoot technical issues Maintain accurate records of production activities and equipment performance Qualifications Prior experience or knowledge in manufacturing equipment in the dairy industry. HMI interface. CIP systems. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic troubleshooting techniques Strong understanding of safety procedures related to machinery operation and plant environment Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods This role is ideal for individuals passionate about dairy processing technology and maintenance.
