Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Dairy Technician specializing in Ultra-Filtration processes to join our night shift team. This role involves maintaining and operating dairy filtration equipment, ensuring optimal performance, and supporting the production of high-quality dairy products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, agriculture, or related fields, with a keen eye for detail and safety. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in working within the dairy industry and contributing to innovative food processing techniques. Duties Operate and monitor ultra-filtration equipment to ensure efficient dairy processing during night shifts Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on filtration systems and associated machinery Conduct quality checks and document process parameters to maintain product standards Assist with cleaning and sanitation of equipment in compliance with safety standards Support plant safety protocols by identifying potential hazards and maintaining a clean work environment Collaborate with team members to optimize operational efficiency and troubleshoot technical issues Maintain accurate records of production activities and equipment performance Qualifications Prior experience or knowledge in manufacturing equipment in the dairy industry. HMI interface. CIP systems. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic troubleshooting techniques Strong understanding of safety procedures related to machinery operation and plant environment Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods This role is ideal for individuals passionate about dairy processing technology and maintenance.
