This pivotal role ensures the smooth operation of our dance studio by managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting daily studio functions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a lively environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate a passion for fostering a positive experience for students, instructors, and visitors alike. Responsibilities Front desk coverage during class hours & some day time hours Greet students and families with a smile Answer calls, schedule free trials, and follow up with inquiries Assisting with registration and schedules Nightly Cleaning & end-of-day studio reset (Including, but not limited to, wiping down cubbies, vacuuming, wet jetting floors) Supporting staff and studio operations Use (or be willing to learn) Google Sheets, Dance Studio Pro, and Studio Sync Bonus if you have experience with social media!
