Data Analyis Internship - Summer 2026 Data Analysis, Market Research & Commercial Real Estate; All Majors Welcome!

Over 10 weeks, you will dive into real commercial real estate market data, track deal activity, support our agents with pricing insights, and turn your findings into content that reaches active clients and property owners. This program is open to students of all majors and backgrounds , whether you study data science, economics, business, real estate, or anything else. If you love digging into data and finding the story behind the numbers, this is for you. What You'll Do Track commercial real estate market activity and deal flow in target areas Research and compile data on transactions, pricing trends, and market conditions Help agents manage seller expectations by presenting comparable pricing and market data Dig into the numbers to find the story behind the data, turning insights into compelling marketing and news content Create weekly market reports distributed to active clients Collaborate with the marketing team to generate blog posts, email blasts, and newsletters based on your research findings Test and apply your skills in real-time data tracking and management Produce a comprehensive quarterly report as a capstone deliverable at the end of the program What You'll Walk Away With A portfolio of published reports, news pieces, and data-driven content you created Resume-ready deliverables with real, measurable outputs Hands-on experience tracking and analyzing a live commercial real estate market Practical skills in market research, data storytelling, and professional reporting Exposure to sales strategy, client communications, and how data drives business decisions Knowledge and experience applicable to careers in real estate, finance, analytics, consulting, and more Who Should Apply This internship is ideal for students who: Have an interest in data, research, analytics, or market trends Want real-world experience producing work that is actually used by professionals Are curious about commercial real estate, finance, or investment markets Are self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong written communication skills Are currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (any major welcome) About Centennial Advisers Centennial Advisers is a commercial real estate brokerage built on a culture of collaboration and a relentless commitment to client success.
