$82.09/hr Overview We are seeking a Compliance Data Analyst to support regulatory and internal policy adherence through data analysis, reporting, and process automation. This role will partner closely with legal, engineering, and compliance teams to help maintain continuous compliance across systems and business processes. Key Responsibilities Analyze large and complex datasets to support regulatory and compliance obligations Develop data groupings and categorizations across organizations, lines of business, and related structures Propose and help define access control structures and supporting datasets Partner with legal and engineering teams to create, update, and maintain compliance-related datasets and documentation Collaborate with compliance and engineering teams to implement monitoring and continuous compliance processes Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track compliance metrics and trends Support process improvements and automation initiatives related to compliance reporting and monitoring Required Skills Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel Experience with Python or R for data analysis Experience with Tableau or Power BI for reporting and visualization Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or related field Approximately 5 years of relevant experience Experience with database management and report creation Additional Details W-2 only (no C2C or sponsorship) High-visibility role supporting compliance and operational initiatives
