Data Center Laborer

Job Summary:

The Data Center Laborer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the data center. This role involves physical tasks such as operating machinery, maintenance, and general upkeep of the facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, technical environment. Plumbing experience required.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate various hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, and other tools as directed by management and assist techs and technicians as needed. Clean and prepare work areas as needed, removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials. Shovel materials to and from construction areas. Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management. Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site daily. Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment. Report incidents immediately to the safety director, foreman, or HR following the company's incident reporting procedures. Travel out of town to work on remote job sites as directed by management.
