- working from the decision backwards, investigate the problem to be solved the decision to be changed, the data and systems that underpin the business and then architect, design and deliver products that deliver the objective Perform exploratory data analytics on business processes and operational outcomes in support of project scoping and shaping Solve complex and challenging problems by working closely with operators, maintainers, engineers, and other subject-matter-experts Learn and apply agile methodologies in the delivery of digital products About you To be successful in this role, we are looking for: A bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is preferred, but progressive industry experience will be considered Experience from anywhere•we solve problems related to everything from big machinery to commercial supply chain complexities•and we are looking for people from any industry Highly curious, persistent engineers who want to be a unique personality in our workplace A life-long learner•we know you won't know everything•neither do we!
