Overview Join our dynamic team as a Data Entry Clerk and become a vital part of our office operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms, ensuring seamless information flow within the organization. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help maintain the integrity of our records, supporting efficient office management and customer support functions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your clerical and administrative expertise in a fast-paced environment. Duties Enter and update data into company databases with precision and speed using computer literacy and typing skills. Manage filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of documents. Support front desk operations by answering multi-line phone systems professionally, practicing excellent phone etiquette, and directing calls appropriately. Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members or clients using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools. Proofread documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before final submission. Provide exceptional customer service by supporting client inquiries via phone or email, ensuring positive interactions. Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and organizing office supplies to streamline daily operations. Experience Prior office experience or clerical experience is highly preferred, especially in administrative or medical/dental reception settings. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and basic data entry software like QuickBooks or bookkeeping tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client needs and enhance communication. Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy. Experience in customer support or customer service roles that require patience, active listening, and effective communication. Knowledge of office management practices such as calendar management, filing systems, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records.
