Data Entry Clerk Pay:

$10.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support daily operations within a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is responsible for accurate data entry related to shipments, inventory, and transportation records while communicating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. Responsibilities Accurately enter and update shipment, inventory, and logistics data Verify information such as orders, invoices, and shipping details Maintain organized electronic records Communicate with warehouse and office staff regarding data accuracy and updates Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Requirements Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) Strong computer skills and a minimum of 40+ WPM High attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous data entry experience preferred Strong Customer service skills Work Environment & Dress Code Office setting within a logistics facility Business casual attire required
