8:30 AM•5:00 PM (overtime possible)

Pay Rate :

$20•$23/hour What You Will Do Receive, unpack, and validate customer equipment (2-way radio devices) Enter and maintain accurate device and customer data in system Track repair items and ensure proper workflow updates Communicate with customers regarding equipment status and updates Collaborate with service and sales teams for coordination and issue resolution Use service system along with internal tools for tracking Follow ISO9001 standards and internal service level requirements Ensure accurate handling of customer assets and documentation Support operational workflow in a fast-paced environment Maintain accountability, accuracy, and timely processing of repairs Required Qualifications Experience in data entry or customer service environment Proficiency in G-Suite and Ms Excel Typing speed of 30+ WPM Strong communication (written and verbal) Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Basic experience with ticketing or service systems Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy Team collaboration and individual contribution skills The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually•as applicable.
