Job Description

Detailed Job Description:
  • Strong hand-on-experience with IBM DB2 for Z/OS and/or Datacom/DB in an application-focused (developer-aligned) capacity.
  • Experience working with VSAM datasets and legacy mainframe data structures
  • Proficiency in SQL tuning and query optimization (DB2)
  • Solid experience with JCL development and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity and mainframe data extraction/ unload utilities and batch processing
  • Understanding of COBOL data structures and how applications interact with DB2/ Datacom
