Job Description:

Overview We are hiring Infrastructure Delivery Technicians to support a large-scale data center expansion. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in IT infrastructure installation, including racking/stacking equipment and running cabling in a data center or construction environment. Technicians will play a critical role in building out brand-new data center sites supporting next-generation infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Install and rack IT hardware including servers, switches, and network devices Perform rack & stack of equipment in data center environments Pull, route, and secure copper and fiber cabling (Cat5/6, fiber) Assist with basic infrastructure setup and hardware deployment Follow detailed installation procedures and site requirements Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces Work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with tight timelines Required Qualifications 0-3 years of experience in one or more of the following: Data center technician work Cable technician / low voltage installation IT infrastructure or hardware deployment Experience with racking/stacking, cabling, or basic hardware installs Ability to pass a drug screening Reliable transportation to job site Comfortable working in physically demanding environments (lifting, standing, working in data centers or construction sites) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Work Schedule Initial:

Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM Future shift transition (Aug/Sept timeframe): Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat 10-hour shifts Additional Details Work will take place in newly constructed data center facilities (not legacy environments) Candidates must follow site-specific safety and PPE requirements, including appropriate footwear Opportunity for full-time conversion after 6 months based on performance
