Day Camp Coordinator

As the Day Camp Coordinator at Kimball Camp Outdoor Center, you are responsible for the daily leadership, coordination, and overall success of the Day Camp program. You will ensure a safe, engaging, and well-organized environment where campers can grow personally and socially while supporting staff in delivering high-quality programming. This role combines program leadership with direct camper interaction. You will oversee daily operations, guide staff, respond to challenges, and step in to support acticities and camper needs as needed. The Day Camp Coordinator serves as a key connection between camp staff and leadership, helping maintain clear communication, strong program flow, and a positive camp culture.
