Day Services Specialist

At ODC, we support individuals with disabilities in building meaningful life and work skills so they can participate fully in their communities. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide hands-on support, encouragement, and job coaching to help individuals achieve their personal goals. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, being active in the community, and making a real difference every day.

What You'll Do:

Provide person-centered support that respects each individual's goals and abilities Help individuals build independence and life skills Support individuals participating in community activities and employment experiences Provide job coaching at community job sites Assist with scheduling and coordinating community work experiences Document progress and observations in electronic records Implement positive behavior support strategies Help maintain a safe, supportive environment Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support individualized service plans When you join our team, you'll be part of a workplace that values respect and inclusion, collaboration and teamwork, professional grown and making a difference in people's lives.
