Daycare Director

Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the daycare center, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards. Supervise and support staff Manage enrollment processes, including tours, registration, and maintaining accurate records for licensing and reporting purposes. Oversee classroom management to ensure a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children across all age groups—infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Requirements Proven experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings; classroom experience is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage staff effectively and foster teamwork. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education methodologies. Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with families, staff, and licensing authorities. Experience in childcare administration including licensing compliance, record keeping, and enrollment procedures. Passion for nurturing young children's growth while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.
