Daycare - lead teacher

Lead Teacher We're looking for a passionate, energetic Lead Teacher to join our daycare team! In this role, you'll lead a classroom of young learners, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive. Pay:

$17.13/hour

What You'll Do:

Create and implement fun, developmentally appropriate lesson plans Lead daily classroom activities and routines Support children's social, emotional, and academic growth Use positive behavior management strategies Track and assess student progress Communicate with families about milestones and needs Mentor and support assistant teachers Maintain records in line with licensing requirements

What We're Looking For:

Experience in early childhood education or similar setting is preferred but not a requirement Experience with toddlers/preschoolers preferred not required High school diploma or GED required Ability to complete required trainings Must be able to pass a background check Join us and help shape young minds through joyful learning!
