Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs Implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction Ensure the safety and well-being of children by following safety protocols and conducting regular supervision Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices Support behavior management strategies to encourage positive conduct and emotional regulation Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's progress and daily activities Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and development Requirements Must be 18+ years old High school diploma, GED, or transcript Must be able to pass BCI/FBI background check Vaccinated or willing to get vaccinated for TDAP and MMR Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or classroom settings is highly valued Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR is mandatory; employee will need to obtain certification Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is advantageous Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and families Passion for nurturing children's growth and fostering a safe, inclusive environment Job Details Shifts available Monday
