Daycare Worker

Penmac Education Staffing is now hiring Substitute Daycare workers for the Plato School District. Substitute Daycare workers play a vital role in providing quality supervision and education to our children. You will have the flexibility of creating your own schedule, weekly pay, health insurance options and retirement benefit options.

Benefits:

Substitute positions are paid at a daily rate. The pay rate for this position is $15.00 per hour. Penmac offers health and retirement benefit options to substitutes!

Responsibilities include:

Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to create a cohesive and consistent learning experience for students Manage the classroom effectively to encourage student participation, minimize distractions, and maintain a positive learning environment Supervise students in and out of the classroom, including in the halls, on the playground and in the cafeteria Requirements include: Complete a fingerprint background check (You must contact Penmac before completing this step) Complete required training provided by Penmac Questions Contact the Penmac office in Lebanon at 417-588-8990.
