Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Daycare Worker to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children, supporting their growth and development through engaging activities and attentive care. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster a positive learning atmosphere where children feel valued, confident, and excited to explore the world around them. Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and creativity Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by monitoring their behavior and environment continuously Implement daily routines including meal times, nap times, playtime, and educational activities Communicate effectively with children to support their emotional development and behavior management Collaborate with colleagues to plan classroom activities that align with developmental milestones and curriculum standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom, toys, and supplies to ensure a hygienic environment Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care when necessary Requirements Previous experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or similar settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a positive atmosphere Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and team members clearly and professionally Flexibility to adapt to changing needs within a dynamic childcare environment Join us in creating a joyful space where children can learn, grow, and thrive!
