About Us Slick City Action Park is an exciting indoor action park packed with slides, attractions, and nonstop fun for guests of all ages. We're looking for energetic, reliable team members who enjoy creating positive experiences in a fast-paced environment. Position Summary The Daytime Team Member helps deliver an exceptional guest experience by assisting with park operations, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and providing friendly customer service throughout the facility. This role is ideal for someone who is upbeat, dependable, and enjoys working with people. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service Monitor attractions and ensure all safety rules are followed Assist guest at concessions and bar Follow all food safety regulations in the kitchen Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the park Assist guests with questions, check-ins, and general support Help with party setups, events, and daily operations Work collaboratively with team members and leadership Support opening and daytime operational procedures Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Flexible daytime availability preferred Customer service experience is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move for extended periods Comfortable working in an active, energetic environment Ability to lift up to [X lbs] if needed What We Offer Flexible scheduling Fun and energetic workplace Opportunities for advancement Employee perks and park access Team-oriented culture
