ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1.
Demonstres polished oral and written communicion skills to compose, tailor, and deliver original presentions and papers on abstract and exceptionally complex questions or issues in a way th allows a varied audience to understand the intended message and objectives 2. Analyzes key informion and evalues the effectiveness of alternive solutions, courses of action, and stregies needed to address complex, controversial, and multi-faceted issues 3. Serves as a resource to others regarding relevant regulions, guidelines, laws, and directives 4. Provides advice, guidance, and support in the pre-case development, case development, and case execution and closure phases of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) process. 5. Demonstred experience providing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support during all phases of the acquisition life cycle.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1.
Security Cooperion Workforce (SCW) Basic-level certificion. 2. Knowledge of and/or experience with the policies, concepts, guidance, procedures, techniques, and methodologies pertaining to Foreign Military Sales (FMS). 3. Knowledge of laws, regulions, and policies reled to foreign disclosure and the internional transfers of dual-use and defense-reled technology, articles, and services.
