Compensation:

$12 - $14 per hour

Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate billing records and sales by maintaining control of the cash register and daily cash flow Maintain a professional appearance, greet customers with a smile, and escalate customer complaints to the service advisor to resolve Answer questions about costs and services, print receipts, and issue refunds for customers, as needed Proactively resolve and reconcile unpaid, declined, or outstanding service payments and document transactions in the dealership computer system Provide exemplary customer service while efficiently and professionally fielding phone calls to deliver a positive buyer experience

Qualifications:

Should enjoy working with people and display strong customer service skills Strong cash register, clerical, and basic computer skills are a must Fundamental math skills are necessary to successfully calculate payments and fees, reconcile outstanding billing, and issue refunds A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required Prior experience as a service cashier or working with money considered a plus About Company "Where Quality is a Tradition," Street Toyota in Amarillo, Texas, was established in 1983. It is a 58,000-square-foot facility on 9 acres located at 45th and Soncy.
