Dealership Porter/ Detailer

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dealership Porter/Detailer, where your energy and attention to detail will help maintain the highest standards of vehicle presentation and dealership appearance. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the vehicle lot, assisting with vehicle movement, and ensuring cars are clean, organized, and ready for display or delivery. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough car washes, including exterior cleaning, window tinting, and interior vacuuming to ensure vehicles are spotless and inviting. Conduct detailed buffing, polishing, and paint correction to enhance vehicle appearance and remove minor imperfections. Maintain cleanliness of dealership facilities by performing janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal. Assist with vehicle movement around the lot, including parking, retrieving vehicles for customers or service appointments, and ensuring proper placement. Operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors with vehicle inquiries or directing them appropriately. Experience Experience in car wash or automotive detailing is a plus—familiarity with buffing tools, cleaning products, and techniques is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with team members and customers. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for moving vehicles around the lot confidently.
