Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Dean of Nursing and Health Professions must be a Nurse with an active New York RN license and hold a DNP or PhD with robust academic leadership experience. The position will oversee strategy, accreditation (CCNE/ACEN/JRCERT familiarity), curriculum, faculty excellence, budgets, clinical partnerships, outcomes, and student success, while being supported by friendly nurses, engaged faculty, and a diverse interprofessional team.
