Position Summary To provide for a good, friendly and dependable Customer experience while cutting, displaying and serving various prepared foods and sliced meats to customers.. To maintain a neat, orderly, clean and visually appealing customer sales area and storage area as required and customarily accepted in a safe and efficient manner Position Accountabilities You will be greeting customers asking them what they would like and then fulfilling their orders. You must have expierence in making Sandwiches Assist fellow members of the team in accomplishing the goals of the department which are" excellent Customer Service" and a "profitable environment". You will be assigned to work in a department that has multiple service lines , at the discretion of the manager. A full time must be available to work at least alternating weekends, and be available 6 days out of the 7 days a week Correct and responsible usage of all equipment Assist in cleaning and maintenance of the Department. Preferred Experience None required just the willingness to learn. Skills Required 1. Energetic and willing to learn 2. Dependable 3. A passion for Food and people 4. Good Sanitary habits 5. Fluent in English 6. Patient with good communication skills. Compensation Full time You will receive for your skills a full time steady daytime position. An Energetic and eager to learn individual can expect a starting rate will be 16.00 an hour. After a short probationary period your pay will be 16.50 hr. After achieving proficiency and reliability your pay rate will be 17.50hr. Your pay rate from that point on will be commensurate with your performance and ability. You will work 40 hours and be rewarded with overtime if you show motivation and energy.. Available to you after 12 months of employment will be Holiday pay, employee discounts and vacation time. Your potential for salary growth will depend on your performance, which can be discussed after 12 Months with the company
