Applicant must be willing to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends. This position will require you to do the following: Meet company standards of quality, safety, cleanliness and hospitality in providing the most satisfactory food possibly Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for safety and security, to ensure the safety of all employees each shift Maintain a clean and organized workspace Maintain regular and punctual attendance Have patience and continually provide exemplary customer service

Qualifications:

Be able to communicate with co-workers and managers effectively Stand for long periods of time Reach and lift up to 40 pounds Work in environment where smoke, fumes, steam, and other airborne particles are present Work around, handle, operate, and control hot equipment and products in a safe manner Work at a pace consistent with changing business volume and demands Ability to learn quickly Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Physical ability to lift heavy products and work in a standing position for long hours Operating knowledge of weighing scales, cash registers and slicers Ability to understand and follow instructions and regulations regarding food safety and sanitation Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach Basic math and computation skills
