Delivery Driver

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting furniture, mattress, aplliances and other products efficiently and safely to various destinations while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to timely deliveries. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations during route driving Deliver products promptly to customers across assigned routes, ensuring accuracy and completeness Engage with customers courteously, addressing inquiries and providing excellent service Manage delivery documentation, including receipts, invoices, and delivery confirmations Assist with merchandising efforts by organizing products on delivery vehicles and in customer locations Handle heavy lifting of products or goods efficiently and safely Maintain organized routes and schedules to optimize delivery efficiency Communicate effectively with team members regarding delivery status or any issues encountered Support upselling opportunities by informing customers about additional products or services when appropriate Assist with prep, build and set up of products. Skills Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license suitable for heavy vehicles Strong knowledge of route driving, traffic regulations, and safety procedures Effective communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during deliveries Organizational skills for managing routes, schedules, and delivery documentation Background in military service is advantageous due to discipline and organizational expertise Proficiency in using GPS devices or route planning software Join our team as a Delivery Driver if you are committed to delivering excellence with every mile traveled. Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
