Delivery Driver

Overview We are seeking a experienced, reliable and motivated Delivery Driver for the highly regulated cannabis industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to navigate various routes, and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and manual transmission vehicles. Load and unload boxes. Deliver products to designated locations while adhering to scheduled timelines. Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure all paperwork is completed properly. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns during deliveries. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance. Follow all traffic laws and company policies while on the road. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery status and any issues encountered. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver is preferred. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other loading equipment is advantageous. Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods during loading and unloading tasks. Excellent navigation skills with knowledge of local routes is preferred.
