Duties Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Load and unload merchandise, often requiring heavy lifting and careful handling of goods Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and ensuring their needs are met Use strong communication skills to coordinate deliveries, confirm orders, and handle any delivery issues promptly Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and sales goals Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, pricing adjustments, and route details for organizational efficiency Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns immediately Skills Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong math skills for calculating pricing adjustments, change handling, and route planning Knowledge of route driving techniques to optimize delivery efficiency and time management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while managing inventory and merchandise Organizational skills for managing delivery schedules, paperwork, and route documentation effectively Familiarity with merchandising practices to ensure proper product placement during deliveries Experience in sales or upselling strategies to promote additional products or services when engaging with customers Background in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline, reliability, and teamwork orientation This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in active environments and enjoy connecting with people.
