Delivery Driver:

Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must have a valid driver's license Must have a valid Social Security Card Must have a High-school diploma or equivalent Must be able to pass a background check and drug test What You will Do as a

Delivery Driver:

As a Delivery Driver - Non CDL you will be driving a branded van, starting and ending your day at the delivery station (Fountain Inn, SC) Work 3-4 days per week and up to 10 hours per day with shifts available seven days a week Part-time and Full-time positions may be available Load and unload your delivery vehicle with packages assigned to your delivery route safely in a team setting Enjoy the open road and work independently while being part of a motivated team to complete all delivery routes

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Successfully handle and deliver packages on time Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; tilt, push and slide packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly, loading and unloading packages throughout the day at variable locations Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed Use a smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Work Environment:

Drive a delivery van up to 10,000 pounds to customers' residence and businesses, climb in and out of van, and walk up and down stairs as required to deliver packages according to established procedures in all weather conditions Flexibility is key; routes may vary and may be delayed due to traffic or other factors Set core schedule, but there may be adjustments, including additional hours and potential schedule changes depending on time of the year, peak seasons, and other factors
