Delivery Driver Helper (Full-Time)

DSP Pay & Benefits Starting pay is $18.00 per hour No driver's license needed Employees are paid biweekly Full-time position with mandatory weekend availability Free uniforms provided, along with a new pair of work shoes Paid time off begins accruing immediately Opportunity to qualify for additional benefits Role Overview In this role, you will assist a delivery driver in transporting large and bulky items—such as furniture, appliances, and sporting goods—to customers at both residential and commercial locations. You will work in a two-person team to complete deliveries safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Help deliver oversized and heavy items to homes and businesses Partner with a driver as part of a two-person delivery team Lift and move items weighing up to 300 lbs with team assistance Make deliveries to apartments, houses, and commercial sites Work in various weather conditions during daytime and evening hours Complete 8-10 hour shifts, typically 4-5 days per week Use a smartphone for navigation, scanning packages, communication, and tracking work hours Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Physically capable of bending, standing, lifting, and moving items throughout the shift Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Capable of moving items up to 70 lbs with equipment or up to 300 lbs with team support Must pass a drug test Must be available to work weekends Basic English skills (reading, writing, and speaking) are required
