• Store Warehouse Team Member
• Customer Service Representative" position.

The Delivery Driver/Store Warehouse Team Member/Customer Service Representative delivers and exchanges full cylinders and liquid vessels for empty ones as a backup driver. This person is also responsible for accomplishing shipping and receiving on a daily basis, maintaining the warehouse in a neat & orderly fashion, and serving walk-in and phone-in customers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Loads and unloads freight and accurately fills out truck manifest Accurately fills out gas invoices Delivers freight and gas cylinders to customers Prepares all items to be shipped on a daily basis Places all items received for stock into their appropriate locations on a daily basis Monitors and maintains accurate inventory levels Maintains the warehouse area in a neat and orderly fashion Properly receives all items shipped to the company on a daily basis Greets customers in a professional and enthusiastic way Answers telephone calls promptly Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use Processes customer orders and accurately input customer order into the computer Follows up on customer orders not processed correctly and remedy situation Maintains accurate cash handling processes & procedures Stocks shelves when needed Adheres to all established procedures, policies and safety rules Performs other tasks as assigned or necessary Qualifications Valid regular driver's license Class B CDL license with Hazmat endorsement or willingness to obtain one through our in-house training program preferred. Excellent driving record No at fault accidents in the past 3 years Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs Ability to work safely around special hazards (i.e. mechanical

• operating lift gate, and explosives
