Full-Time Position Summary Tri-Ag is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Delivery Truck Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of agricultural products including crop protection products, liquid fertilizers, seed, and other farm inputs to customer locations and company facilities. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and committed to excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with all DOT and Hazmat regulations. Key Responsibilities Delivery & Transportation Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport agricultural products to customer locations and company facilities Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections Ensure loads are properly secured, balanced, and compliant with DOT transportation requirements Verify delivery accuracy, including product quantities, paperwork, and customer instructions Maintain accurate DOT logs Follow all federal, state, and company transportation regulations Safely transport hazardous materials in compliance with Hazmat regulations Ensure shipping documents, placards, manifests, and related compliance paperwork are accurate Communicate delivery schedules, delays, and customer needs with dispatch, sales, and office staff Maintain clean, professional trucks and trailers Qualifications Required Valid Class A CDL Current Hazmat endorsement Acceptable driving record Ability to meet DOT medical certification requirements Knowledge of DOT compliance requirements Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to be trained Strong commitment to workplace safety Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Work Environment This position involves: Outdoor work in all weather conditions Busy seasonal periods requiring schedule flexibility Physical loading/unloading activities using Electric Pallet jack Farm, warehouse, and highway driving environments What We Offer Competitive pay Paid Employee health vision and dental insurance with co pays Overtime opportunities 401 matching program Home most nights Stable, year-round employment Family-owned team environment Modern equipment and safe operations Paid training opportunitiesPay:
