Delivery Driver/General Labor

Wastewater Solutions is an Aeration Septic System distribution company in the Alliance Ohio area, and we are looking for dependable set-up laborers to assist in the delivery and set up of new aeration septic systems. We're looking for Set-up laborers that are willing to work hard, with experience in field and site work, and other specialties but we can take on individuals with little prior experience. Duties Carry out the daily production plan assigned by the Foreman for efficient job completion. Ability to drive a medium duty flatbed truck with a 20' trailer Carry materials and supplies from trucks to job site so they are ready for installation or other tasks. Complete tasks related to the installation set-up of Septic Systems. Test Septic System and ensure it is in operating properly. Clean up the job site at the end of the day and ensure all equipment and tools are properly secured in the delivery vehicle. Develop skills in all aspects of septic system installation set-up & assist other company's as needed. Follow instructions to ensure the safety of the entire team. Minimal excavation. Complete other tasks assigned by management. Skills Willingness to learn aeration set up skills on-site. Ability to operate power tools safely, accurately, and efficiently. General mechanical knowledge with some electrical knowledge would be beneficial. Ability to complete work on time with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal communication skills. Advanced organizational skills Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to lift to 75 pounds (occasionally) Must be able to stand for extended periods. Must be able to squat, crawl, and kneel to complete tasks. Work Environment & Travel requirements Working in all outdoor weather conditions. Due to the nature of the operation, the levels of noise, dust and dirt are moderate to high. Travel to work sites throughout Surrounding Ohio Counties. Minimum Requirements:

Valid Driver's License with a good driving record. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
